This agreement applies to WanXiangTCG (the “Game”). The Game’s intellectual property licensor and online service operator is Sun Yibo, operating as the WanXiangTCG Operations Team (“we” or “us”). Contact: support@wxtcg.com.
To create an online account, new users must explicitly accept this agreement and the Privacy Policy using a single checkbox that is unchecked by default. Both documents can be read in full in the application. Earlier test accounts may have a separately identified, system-generated historical legal baseline record. This record does not mean that you clicked to accept, and does not replace explicit confirmation required by material document changes or applicable law. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are below the legal age for independent consent where you live, a guardian must review and consent as required by law. Until the relevant protections for minors are in place, online account services in mainland China are open only to testers aged 18 or older. This threshold is not an official content rating. We do not require or separately store your date of birth, birth year or exact age for this purpose.
Existing accounts requiring acceptance of a new version must review and expressly accept the new EULA and Privacy Policy in a separate confirmation screen before continuing online services. The confirmation is unchecked by default, both documents can be read in full, and you may exit if you do not agree. Merely continuing to sign in, closing the screen, or having a historical baseline record does not constitute acceptance. Previous acceptance records are retained.
While you have lawfully obtained the Game and comply with this agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license for personal entertainment. The Game is licensed, not sold. This agreement does not transfer ownership of the software, artwork, text, expression of rules, audio, video, trademarks or other content. This clause does not in itself prohibit ordinary recording, streaming, reviews or sharing of your own gameplay.
Protect your Steam account and game account. Game accounts, SteamID associations, progress and account entitlements must not be sold or rented, and must not be transferred without authorization.
Ordinary players may link email and Steam login within the same service environment using Steam identity verification and an email verification code. If both identities have separate profiles, the player must select one profile to retain in full and confirm that choice separately before submitting. Resources and progress are not added together. Data from the profile not retained does not transfer to the retained profile, and players cannot undo this choice in the game. See the Privacy Policy for backend retention and handling; lack of access in the interface does not mean physical deletion from the server.
Accounts in the Local test environment are independent of online accounts, and cross-environment migration is not offered. The Cloud verification client and Steam client use the same online service account. This is not a service for freely transferring progress to another SteamID. Ineligible links, including identities already assigned elsewhere, administrator accounts and specially privileged accounts, are rejected.
Some features depend on internet access and our servers. We may adjust the game and servers to fix errors, maintain security, ensure Steam compatibility or update content.
Planned maintenance is announced at least 30 minutes in advance. Once announced, creating or joining new matches is paused. Matches already in progress can continue until maintenance starts; any match still unfinished at that time ends in a draw. The estimated end time is for reference only; reopening depends on the actual maintenance status. Emergency incidents are announced separately as circumstances require. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted online service. No provision excludes liability for our intentional misconduct, gross negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in player text and feedback, and warrant that you are entitled to submit them. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license limited to what is necessary to display public profiles, process feedback, reproduce errors and improve the Game. The separate Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal information.
If in-game purchases through Steam are offered in the future, transactions will use Steam Wallet. Purchases, payments and refunds will be subject to Valve’s rules then in effect. This agreement does not limit mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable law.
Except for licenses expressly granted, rights in the Game and its content are reserved by the licensor or the relevant third party. Open-source software, Steamworks and other third-party components may be subject to separate licenses. Those licenses prevail only in relation to their respective components.
You may stop using and uninstall the Game at any time. The game-use license granted by this agreement may terminate as permitted by law if your Steam license ceases to be valid or you seriously breach this agreement. Uninstalling or stopping use does not delete your server account. After an ordinary account is deleted, the same email address or SteamID may create a new, empty profile, without restoring or inheriting deleted account data. This is not account migration, restoration or merging. The server may retain the minimal deletion tombstone described in the Privacy Policy.
We will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting rights and obligations, and obtain renewed explicit consent where applicable law requires it. This agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of mainland China, without excluding non-waivable consumer protections in the user’s country or region of habitual residence. Disputes shall be submitted to a people’s court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
